Capturing the essence and excitement of horseracing, Lanarkshire artist Garth Bayley has painted 12 exclusive canvas oil paintings for Hamilton Park Racecourse ahead of their 2017 season.
Known for painting in bold colours full of movement, Garth was commissioned to create a series of works for the racecourse incorporating aspects of flat racing using creative brushstrokes and vivid colours.
Influenced by the greats Gauguin and Matisse as well as modern day masters, Garth captures the speed, energy and the strength of horse racing.
The paintings will be exhibited in each of the 12 hospitality boxes at the racecourse and are available to purchase for £1,800.
The award-winning horseracing destination recently invested over £800,000 to re-imagine the grandstand restaurant and bar facilities as well as the private hospitality boxes. With a season of first class fixtures from May to September, the venue offers thrilling entertainment and themed days and nights, truly something for everyone.
