Wansford Station - Train Painting

I painted this plein air on the station platform. As artists do I painted over an old painting. This often gives and extra sense of depth but I never thought this one through on this occasion. Yes i had brought along and old painting of a mail nude. There were a number of eyes popping out of peoples heads until I had blanked out large areas of the canvas. Wansford station is part of the historical Nene Valley railway.
