View towards the Sacre Coeur from the Montmartre - Cityscape Painting

This painting was inspired by me recent trip to Paris. The Basilica is great when seen full on but finding gulps as you go through the side streets is more fun and often as an unexpected surprise. 

Painted with a palette knife in a chunky impressionist style.
