Oh my goodness, have you seen the Tour of Britain 2025 peloton’s ride through Lavenham? It was absolutely breathtaking! Imagine this:
Riders entered the charming village along the narrow medieval High Street, lined with half-timbered Tudor houses painted in the most beautiful pastel colours. It was like stepping back in time!
The Swan Hotel & Restaurant, a 15th-century coaching inn, stood out with its grand black-and-white sign, creating a dramatic backdrop for the cyclists.
The streets were buzzing with excitement—locals and visitors cheering, waving flags, and snapping photos like crazy. Barriers and cones kept the road clear, but the close proximity meant fans were right in the thick of the action.
The peloton was still tightly packed together, with all the big teams visible near the front. You could see flashes of yellow, red, green, and blue jerseys squeezed into the medieval street. It was a sight to behold!
