This painting is from my walk from Runswick Bay to Whitby . The walk is part of the Cleveland Way and passes along the clifftops with the summer barley/wheat (I cant tell the difference) on one side the the deep blue unreal sea on the other side with just a small edge of grasses and wild flowers between you and the edge. Sometimes lifes colours are more true than imagined.
