I love the colours of autumn covering everything with a gold hue. This painting was inspired by a lone tree I used to watch from my studio and was used by the sheep as shelter keeping the bottom well-trimmed and level. I love the fact the painting changes with the light the same as it would in nature. It becomes far moodier in a low light
